Sous Pastry Chef
Reporting to the Head Pastry Chef, this role invites creativity and passion for creating desserts, pastries and breads within our Hotel pastry kitchen. Our hotel has three in-house dining outlets together with an outdoor option and a busy banqueting suite.
Duty Manager/Ocean Bar Supervisor
This is a dual role which includes Duty Manager Shifts together with responsibility for the Ocean Bar- one of our Food and Beverage outlets in the hotel. Maximize guest satisfaction by offering fast, efficient and correct service, according to service standards, to both the guests and employees under the general guidance of the General Manager and Deputy General Manager.
Here at the Armada Hotel, we have a very exciting position available. We are recruiting a Mixologist (whatever your past experience) who will join the team working throughout the various food and beverage outlets.
To increase guest satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous Front Office service connected with arriving and in-house guests, in line with the hotel's guidelines and Armada Hotel Standards.
Weddings and Events Operations Manager
We love hosting Weddings and Events and we want to find a Weddings & Events Manager that shares our passion too! You'll need to have a hands on approach, the ability to multi task and to think on your feet whilst ensuring that our Wedding Couples, Event organisers and their guests have a great time here with us.
Chef De Partie
