The Armada Farm is an exciting new addition to the 4 star Armada Hotel on the Wild Atlantic Way. The project headed up by our executive head chef Peter Jackson in partnership with gardener Carrie O Brien and Matt, a local organic farmer will see guests enjoy an abundance of fresh vegetables, salads and herbs delivered daily fresh from the farm. The Garden will focus on organic methods of growing, along with the addition of seaweeds as fertilizer for the local influence. Some hens and chickens have also been welcomed on to the farm
