Aileen's restaurant is where we richly celebrate modern Irish food showcasing the finest fresh sustainably produced foods from our area, from our own Armada farm situated 3.5km km from our kitchen to the excellent food producers and growers all here on our doorstep. It’s not just all about our food here! We also have a great selection of wines to accompany our dishes, selected by our consultant sommelier John Mc Donnell.

Dinner at Aileens - a new dining concept
At Aileen’s, our menu has a strong focus on seafood, bringing premium along with lesser known, more local, fish to the plate, many served in simple forms, presenting a contemporary style of cooking. Complimenting this, Aileen's wil be the focal area for our Armada Farm produce, the natural growing and seaweed nurtured harvest from there will accompany the dishes when available.
We’re proud to keep things close to home. Our fish supplier is just 15km away, and our Armada Farm—only 2km down the road—provides us with fresh, naturally grown produce,
Aileens promises amazing produce cooked simpy with huge flavour. Cooked over charcoal, lightly cured, or pan-seared with just a touch of seasoning, our fish is served in a way that lets the quality speak for itself.
