We want to give you a taste of our location where possible with every bite, we spend our down time finding suppliers, experimenting on dishes, connecting suppliers together, and tasting great drinks, not a bad time to be working here!   Our produce where possible is from within the county, we source meats from north Clare, vegetables from our own Armada Farm and Moy hill Farm, local goats cheese, and the famous Burren smoked salmon, local beers, our own whiskey and Mist + Moss Gin, sea veg from across the bay, local oysters, crabs, and sustainable fish, to mention just some of them.  Combined by our hard working team in creative dishes and drinks, across our different styled food outlets, including the Pearl restaurant, Ocean bar and Bistro, Johnny Burkes pub and Banqueting
